mmcghen 9f238ebafc Remove redundant comments and update list initialization 
Removed unnecessary inline comments from SearchMovies.razor, SearchShows.razor, Movie.cs, and MovieService.cs to improve code readability. Also updated Movie.Results list initialization to use collection expression syntax.
